5 Easy Steps

Step 1. Sign Up - Sign up for your School Website.
Step 2. Set Up - We will Set Up your basic website design and structure with Home Page and Contact Us pages. Other pages are added in Step 4 (see below).

In order to set up your website, we need you to email us up to 6 photos of your school to be used on the Home Page and the banner at the top of the site. You can choose between a collage of photos or a panorama style photo for the banner. We will also need your school crest, colours and an introduction blurb. Once we have these items we can build your website. Please see other Sites Completed for inspiration.
Step 3. - Upload to Web - Once your initial website is set up, we will email you with a page that says "Welcome to Our School - Click to Enter" with your crest. This needs to be uploaded to your server and will be seen when visitors type in your domain name. We will also email you your user name and password so you can access your website's Administration Centre.
Step 4. Input Content - Log in to your Administration Centre and progressively input content as if in Microsoft Word and upload images. You have a choice between styles of pages including 1 page or multiple pages with an index. For example 'About Our School' would be best as an index with sub pages whereas School History might only need to be a single content page. Other pages such as Students' Work, Photo Gallery, School Calendar and Principal's Message are predetermined, simply needing your input of content. Besides these or instead of these pages, you can have whatever pages you like and name them what you like. We can also help transfer content from your existing website.
Step 5. Go Live - Once your website is ready and your 'Click to Enter' page is uploaded then you can "Go Live". Users will now 'Click to Enter' and see your website live. After this you can log in and update your content at anytime adding, deleting and editing pages, uploading your newsletter or other files and changing images.
