Step 1. Sign up for a School Website.

Step 2. Website Planning and Development
Either over the phone or in person SchoolWebsites.com.au staff will discuss with you your desire for your website. We will find out whether you already have a website and / or domain name or we will assist you in registering a domain name.
We will get you to email or provide on CD your logo, images / photos, main information about your organisation. If you don't have a logo, SchoolWebsites.com.au can also help you establish a brand / image.
We will then provide a design and set up your School Website.
Step 3. Website Training
Once you are happy with the initial set up of your site, we provide 1 hour over the phone training session with the main person(s) responsible for the website.
This is where we set up the various Administration Users of the School Website and train the user how to use the system.
There are 4 main levels of secure access:
Site Administrator (Manages the entire site)
Site Publisher (Can Author and Publish whole / parts of website)
Site Author (Can only Author whole / parts of website)
Member (Secure Access to front of the website "Member Only" sections)
Instructions are available to download for the main editing tools of the website.
We will also set up any desired email addresses that you want.

Step 4. Input Content
After training, clients are able to transfer content from any existing website or add new content.
Step 5. Go Live
Once you are happy with the amount of content available on your website, your website can "Go Live". This means connect your website to your domain name.
Administration Users can log in and update content at anytime adding, deleting and editing pages and uploading documents and images.
